The Dance of the Dao moves through all things - whispering in the leaves, flowing through the veins, shining in the stars, sparkling in the eyes. Universal patterns arise and dissolve, within and without.

Dao Dance Festival is a bodywork and music retreat that combines enjoyment and relaxation with ancient methods for cultivating body and mind. Leading specialists in these fields share their knowledge and shape the program.

We are grateful for any support and look forward to new ideas.
There are several ways you can get involved in the festival:
1. Technical and organizational support, e.g. during setup and dismantling, admission, in the kitchen or kids space.
Regular volunteer exchange rates are:
2 shifts (7 hours each) = 1 festival ticket,
3 shifts = 1 festival ticket + catering.
2. Creative support, for example through your performance art, fire show, decoration or music.
3. With a nice shop or smoothing massages.

Location & Arrival
Our beautiful site is located on a picturesque lake, 120 km from Berlin and 180 km from Hamburg. The surrounding forest offers shade and shelter on sunny days, while the flower-filled meadow provides ample space for everyone to camp next to the lake.
Arrival by car:
Take the A24 (Berlin–Hamburg), exit no. 15 Meyenburg. The entrance to the festival lies between Gerdhagen and Preddöhl.

We highly recommend carpooling-it's more affordable and makes the journey part of the adventure.
Arrival by train:
Trains run hourly from Berlin to Pritzwalk (with one change). The journey takes around 2 hours and 20 minutes.
Taxi: for example +49(0)3395-306143 Taxi Wagner. We recommend to share the ride, its about 30€ to the location.
